The Williston Downtowners Association was organized in October 2010 by passionate Downtown enthusiasts to help bring life back into the District. The group hired an Executive Director in September 2014 and was established as a 501(c)6 non-profit in February 2015.
With support from the community, the Downtowners Association will keep the Downtown District unique, vibrant and the heart of Williston.
Interested in learning more about the Association and what they do? Visit a monthly meeting which is held on the second Friday of every month at 8:00 am in their office.
The mission of the Williston Downtowners Association is to promote and support Downtown businesses and events to market the Downtown District as a destination. These events include: Summer Nights on Main, Farmers Market, Art & Wine Walk, Trail of Treats, Small Business Saturday, Holiday Stroll. The Association is open to ideas and feedback from the community to continue to grow the district.
The Williston Downtowners Association is governed by a 11 member volunteer board of directors
