Miss North Dakota Scholarship Organization's mission is to recognize potential, reward achievement and promote women throughout North Dakota by providing opportunities to develop interviewing and communication skills, enhance performance capability, encourage a healthy lifestyle, promote community involvement through service, and build self-esteem and self-confidence through competition.

The program provides scholarship dollars to encourage women in North Dakota to continue their education in preparation for their future. Over $43,000 in scholarships were provided to 19 contestants through the 2017 Miss North Dakota Scholarship program.

The Miss North Dakota Scholarship Competition will take place June 6-9. The Miss North Dakota Outstanding Teen Competition will be June 10. Tickets may be purchased at the Williston Convention & Visitors Bureau at 212 Airport Rd or call 701-774-9041.
