Participants will rotate through a variety of accessible, no-experience-needed activities including:
Simple sewing & quilting
Yarn crafts
Relief printing
Colored pencil art
Lunch will be provided, and attendees will also have access to a booth hosted by A Credible Mind, offering local mental health resources and wellness tips.
